  • Standard shipping: 35DKK
    
  • Home delivery: 49DKK
  • Free shipping on orders over 499 DKK

• EU Countries:

  • Home delivery: 6.90€
  • Drop Off Point: 4.90€
  • Free shipping on orders over 99.00€
    
    

• Switzerland & Norway:

  • Standard shipping: 21€ (Taxes & duties not included; you pay upon delivery)
  • All-Inclusive Shipping: 54€ (Covers all taxes & duties; no extra costs at delivery)
    
    

Delivery Times:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days.

• Denmark: 3-5 business days
• EU: 5-8 business days
• International (Switzerland, Norway): 7-14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package. If you have any concerns about your delivery, feel free to contact our customer service team.

RETURN POLICY

How to Return an Item

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, you can do so easily through our return portal. Simply follow the steps to initiate your return.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deduct any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what’s necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.
• Returns are processed within 10 days after receiving the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  
• If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Denmark's Constitution Day, Christmas, or New Year's Day, the deadline will be extended until the next business day.
• In the case of multiple items ordered together but delivered separately, or items delivered in several batches, the cancellation period expires upon the receipt of the last item or batch.

• EU: 6.95€
• Denmark: 49 DKK
• Switzerland: 12€ 
• Norway: 10€ 

⚠ Note: We do not accept packages sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and find a solution.

Cancellation of Purchase

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@blueberries.dk. We will do our best to assist you. Please note that cancellations may be subject to our terms and conditions.

Subsequent Performance

• Repair (Rectification): The defective product is repaired at the seller's expense so that it meets the contractual requirements.
• Replacement Delivery: Buyers receive a new, defect-free product that replaces the defective item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, that the refund does not include the original shipping costs. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at contact@bluberries.dk.
